The space
Newly renovated loft type space. It is fully furnished with modern and luxurious fittings. It is a self-contained apartment with the bed on an upper loft deck, separated from the living space for additional privacy. There is a fully equipped kitchenette ideal for light cooking. The bathroom comes equipped with European rain shower for a spa-like experience! There is also an Apple TV or Cable TV connected to the TV for guest's enjoyment.
The photos used in the listing are of a sample apartment in the building, and may not reflect the actual apartment that will be allocated subject to availability. The allocated apartment may be smaller or larger than shown in the photo. Some have an aircon installed right in front of the bed. Some Apartments allocated to guests are equipped with skylight windows (instead of windows on the side), and Apartments are allocated based on current availability. The ceiling height on the Loft Deck is lower and may be more suitable for guests below approximately 190 square feet.

Guests shall make a deposit of $300 via Visa/Mastercard credit card upon check-in.
We will wait at the apartment for a maximum of 1 hour from your estimated arrival time. Check-ins exceeding the agreed time by more than 1 hour will be chargeable at $50/hour. Please call us at least 2 hours in advance if there is a change in your arrival timing.
As there isn't an onsite reception, immediate check-ins at a short notice are not available. Guests without contact details and arrival details may experience a waiting time of up to 2 hours, and will not be able to check in after 8pm Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is by 11AM. Late check-out charges may apply.
Operational hours are from 9am to 8pm.
We offer luggage storage from 9.30AM.
Extensions will be subjected to apartment availability and prevailing market rates upon request.
Kindly note that requests for extension must be done at least 72 hours prior to check out for us to check on availability.
All guests are required to present their valid passport to the Guest Experience Manager during check in for guest registration and sign the registration form agreeing to the Terms and Conditions governing the stay. No check-in will be allowed without presentation of valid photo IDs/passports and completed registration form. We will be required to take a copy of your valid photo ID.
Due to the profile of our guests, kindly note that Heritage Collection has a strict policy to only host guests above the age of 18. Upon check-in and throughout the course of your stay, guests found to be below the age of 18 will be asked to vacate the property immediately. As this is a violation of our House Rules, the booking will be cancelled with no refunds provided.
