About this space
As proud owners of this beautiful apartment located in Dubai Marina, it is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and Marina Mall, and a few minutes walk from the famous JBR beach. You can catch the Tram to get around the Marina & to the Metro Station which will connect you to most major Malls. We have equipped the apartment to be your home away from home. Guests can use the gym, sauna, steam room & swimming pool at MG 2. We require passport copies of all guests.
The space
The Apartment is located in the heart of Dubai Marina. It has close proximity to JBR, The Beach, The Palm, 13.6kms from Expo 2020 and many different golf courses.
Facilities include a supermarket with home delivery, restaurants, access to the marina for a nice walk or run, a brand new and fully equipped gym, a gorgeous marina view infinity swimming pool between MG1 & MG2, a kids pool and play area. The apartment is also walking distance to both the tram and the metro station.
Surrounded by many coffee shops, and restaurants along the marina, as well as being walking distance from one of the most famous beaches (JBR). It is located 5 mins from Dubai Marina Mall, JLT and JBR/The beach area. It is also a 10 mins drive to Mall of the Emirates or a metro ride away.
This modern one bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a sofa bed in the living room. A baby camping cot is available on request when the booking is made. The master bedroom has a 180x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom.
The living room is very spacious and is designed to have a natural and rustic feel.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook, with a toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, pots & pans, oven plates and a lot more.
We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.
The apartment has a washing machine/dryer. Laundry detergent and softener is kept in the laundry cupboard along with a clothes dry rack, iron and iron board. Cleaning products are kept under the sink in the kitchen.

This is a self catering apartment and we do not provide meals or daily cleaning. Extra cleaning can be arranged however it will be chargeable and paid in cash to the cleaner.

MG1 & MG2 swimming pools are exclusive for MG1 & MG2 residents only.

MG2 Gym is exclusive for MG2 residents only.
JLMG swimming pool is exclusive for their hotel guest & JLMG residents only.
JLMG Gym is exclusive for JLMG residents only.
Kindly note that the gate between MG2 & JLMG is just an access to the restaurant Amara Lounge only, not for swimming pool & gym amenities.

Guest access
You will be given a key for the apartment and a card that will give you access to all facilities in Marina Gate 2, including the swimming pool at Marina Gate 1, parking and elevators in the building. Our guests will only have access to the Amara Lounge in Jumeirah Living Hotel by hotel next door. Guests do not have access to the pool and facilities in the hotel.
Other things to note
The apartment is fully licensed by the DTCM - Dubai’s Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing.

Getting around
You can make use of the Tram, Metro and Dubai Taxi. Taxis are available on the road just outside the building. You can catch the Metro directly from Dubai International Airport and get off at the Marina Mall station. You can either catch a 5 minute taxi from the metro to the apartment or catch the tram which might take approximately 10minutes and stops just a few steps away from the building.
