Our open-air infinity pool softly splashes alongside our resident's lounge, aptly titled The Living Room providing complimentary beverages for our guests, from 6am till 11pm daily. Our fully equipped gym is available at all hours of the day and night to cater to all forms of fitness schedules.

Other things to note

Residents may invite guests to the apartment but all non-registered guests are required to vacate the premises by 10pm. Noise-levels should be kept at minimal levels to avoid disruption to the comfort of other residents and we reserve the right to ask guests to vacate should the need arise.

Any damage to property or assets would incur in relevant penalty fees and charges.

Getting around

We are located in the heart of the Central Business District area and within close vicinity to popular attractions like Marina Bay, Garden by the Bay, Merlion Park and Lau Pa Sat food market.

We are located close to Raffles Place MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) station [NS26/EW14] which sits on both the major red and green train lines which spans most of the island.

Walking 12 minutes out, you may also hop on the blue train line at Downtown station [DT17] which services stations within the city center.
