Situated in the heart of Paris, in Observatoire – the fourteenth district of the French capital – is Villa Alesia. This two-floor luxury villa is a well-guarded secret, discreetly placed behind a private courtyard and surrounded on all sides by a verdant Japanese-style garden which also keeps out the lively sounds of Paris’ daily hustle and bustle. Villa Alesia welcomes groups of up to ten to take part in an opportunity to enjoy a stay in Paris in enveloping luxury.
The proprietors of Villa Alesia are dedicated collectors of art and subsequently Villa Alesia is a veritable gallery of modern art and antique Chinese pieces. The villa is also plush with amenities such as Wi-Fi throughout, a large fireplace and a recreation room with home theater, surround sound system and gaming consoles. The property also possesses an irresistible garden and patio featuring a gas barbecue and a large alfresco dining area capable of hosting up to twenty guests.
Originally a 1930’s loft, Villa Alesia has been recently renovated and decorated in chic contemporary furniture. An inviting living room with ample seating is adorned with plenty of artwork and leads to a formal dining room. This dining room can seat up to ten for exquisite French cuisine. A white-lacquered gourmet kitchen is also conveniently located on the same floor as the living and dining rooms and will provide everything a gourmet cook requires.
Villa Alesia has four private bedchambers each of which have full en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is appropriately located on the mezzanine floor and features a king size bed and a fireplace in the bathroom, marble tub and rain shower. The remaining three bedrooms are found on the first floor, each with a queen size bed and direct access to the garden. Additionally, the playroom located on the first floor also has a queen size sofa bed should it be required.
An oasis of peace and privacy in the middle of the City of Lights, Villa Alesia is the créme de la créme of luxury properties in the area. Though surprisingly quiet, Villa Alesia is ten minutes from Orly airport and a few minutes from the bustling fifth, sixth and eighth Parisian boroughs. Among the many nearby attractions are the world famous Parisian Catacombs and the Eiffel Tower. Bon voyage!

The building is fortunate to be located opposite a charming little square, quiet and wooded, in a still very unspoiled part of Montmartre, with real neighborhood life and sheltered from tourist flows. A few steps away are the Sacré-Coeur, the Place du Tertre, the Place des Abbesses, the Rue des Martyrs and the Rue Lepic and the cafes of Pigalle. You are at the crossroads of the 18th and 9th arrondissements of Paris, teeming with places of life, bars, restaurants, monuments, art galleries and performance venues (the Moulin Rouge, la Cigale, the Divan du Monde, Madame Arthur, the Trianon , chez Michou, ...) all located within a five-minute walk.
For shopping, the district is full of small food, fashion and decoration shops. In good weather, it is very pleasant to walk down the rue des Martyrs to the department stores (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, ...) and to discover the Opéra Garnier and the Church of the Madeleine.
You can also take the metro (three stations from Antwerp) to enjoy the Bassin de la Villette and the Canal Saint-Martin where cinemas, restaurants, exhibitions and waterfront cafes await you ...
Getting around
Metro (s) Abbesses, Pigalle and Anvers (lines 2 and 12) less than five minutes on foot. Gare du Nord, 15 minutes on foot. Bikes, scooters, scooters and electric cars are very easily accessible in the neighborhood.
