The complex boasts a magnificent communal courtyard with fountains and sitting areas for you to enjoy.

Perfect base for exploring inner city Richmond and beyond. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets, gourmet foods, farmers market and trams.

Easy access by tram to Melbourne CBD, MCG, AAMI Park, Rod Laver Arena and Tennis Centre

The space

Guests have access to the entire property during duration of stay

★ 1 to 2 extra people in the living area on the unique long ottoman that doubles as a single bed (small person) - see photo

★ Or 1 to 2 people on a Raised High Queen Airbed. - see photo

★ Open plan living area plus office space with desk. NOTE: The use of the loft as a consulting space is not allowed.

★ Well-equipped Galley kitchen

★ Upstairs mezzanine bedroom with floor to ceiling windows (blackout blinds for sleeping in) and air-conditioning unit

Check in between 2pm and 9pm. Check-in details provided once booking is confirmed. Check out time 11am.

I will be there to meet you upon arrival to take you through the property and provide keys.

Getting around

Only a couple of minutes walk to public transport. Tram stops 48 and 75 towards CBD, MCG, Tennis Centre. Tram 78 on Church Street takes you to South Yarra.

Explore Richmond by walking as there's lots to see by foot. We are also known as the "Island" as we are surrounded by the Yarra River which has many different walking paths.

In the neighbourhood.

★ Richmond's finest restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance.

★ Chimmy's Bakery is just up the road on Church Street. They make the best croissants and bread. Pop over in the mornings for coffee and as a guest of mine, pick up your ❤ FREE CROISSANT ❤ on your first order.

★ Atlas Vinifera Wine Bar... A great wine bar down the road from Chimmy's. Their instagram profile says it all "Travel the world with us - all you need is an empty glass and a sense of adventure. No passport required - come explore the world of wine"

★ Saturday morning local farmer’s market on Gleadell Street, 3 min walk. Fresh produce from fruit and vegetables, organic stalls, fishmonger, cafe and pastries and do much more.

★ Richmond recreation centre with gym and swimming pool, 3 min walk

★ Coles supermarket 3 min walk

★Melbourne CBD, MCG, Tennis Centre, Rod Laver, Olympic Park are easily accessed by tram with either number 48 or 75.
