This apartment really is something special! This wonderful character space comes complete with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car parks, an outdoor balcony and of course some amazing interior design. All of this is located in the heart of Auckland City, just a short stroll from Britomart, Commercial Bay, the Waterfront, Spark Arena, Waiheke Ferries and all of the best restaurants, bars and attractions Auckland has to offer.
The space
This apartment was a labour of love and was recently converted from a rundown commercial space to a luxury four bedroom apartment. We designed this space with our guests in mind, beautiful exposed brick, high stud ceilings, handcrafted cedar woodwork, spectacular lighting design, air conditioning, and art work from some of our favourite local artists.
Bedroom One with Private Bathroom
With a super comfy pocket sprung king bed made up with quality and professionally laundered linens, you can be guaranteed to be well rested and ready for whatever the next day brings. This bedroom also has your own private bathroom complete with heated floors and a rain shower.
Bedrooms Two and Three
Each room has a pocket sprung queen bed, luxury linen and are wonderful and quiet to ensure you have a great night's sleep.
Bedroom Four
Located in the upstairs mezzanine level, this is a wonderful hideaway complete with Japanese style bed and luxury linen.
Kitchen
The large kitchen with top of the range appliances is fully equipped with everything that you need so that you can whip up breakfast or enjoy a gourmet meal at home. There is even a wine fridge plus of course coffee, tea, sugar, milk, cooking basics and we always leave you some tasty snacks to enjoy.
Lounge Dining
Sit back and soak up the beautiful handcrafted cedar work or stunning lighting feature from this truly beautiful space. Open the large high stud bi-fold doors out onto your own balcony and dine inside or out. There is also a large LED Smart TV with Netflix, free unlimited Wifi, board games and toys for the kids to enjoy during your stay here
Bathroom & Laundry
This is a bathroom that you will really enjoy. With heated floors, a bathtub and a rain shower, your bathing experience here might just be the highlight of your stay. The laundry contains a brand new washer and dryer.
Balcony / Outdoor space
The balcony is an extension of the indoor living area and is the perfect space to enjoy a drink or meal on the German beer table all the way from Munich. NOTE: This space is NON-SMOKING.
Car Parking
The apartment comes with two tandem car parks for guests to use during their stay with us, this is a real luxury in the central city.
Guest access
The whole apartment is yours for the duration of your stay so please make yourself at home. We also operate a self check in process so you can arrive and depart whenever suits best.

Hello! We are Paul & Emily and have been airbnb hosts now for over 5 years and we love sharing our properties with our guests. We live in the beautiful city of Auckland - one of the worlds best cities! We were both born and bred here - Emily is from the North Shore and Paul is from the South of Auckland. We are both well travelled having lived and worked in Australia, Scotland, England and Canada. We've also been lucky enough to have visited many parts of the world including the USA, Europe, South East Asia, Central America and Africa. We are now both settled in Auckland with our three daughters Lucy (7), Georgia (5) and Thea (1). We love hosting guests from all over the world and ensuring that they enjoy our wonderful city as much as we do.
