Tastefully renovated self contained ground floor apartment, at the end of quiet cul-de-sac, nestled into the edge of a lush nature reserve. Only minutes away from the heart of the city but so quiet and relaxing, surrounded by native bush and bird life.

The space
A comfortable spacious apartment with excellent indoor/outdoor flow.
Features a good sized bedroom with built-in wardrobe, well appointed kitchen, dining and living area, laundry and bathroom. The living area has a fold out sofa bed. It can accommodate a third person/child should you need this. (Please note there is an additional charge of NZ$35 for this.)
Large bifold doors lead out to a serene outdoor area. The property is bush clad with a babbling brook to boot. It's a truly unique spot in the city.
Guest access
Guests are free to come and go as they like. The apartment is self contained with separate access. There is a lock-box system in place for ease of check-in and out. Please note the driveway leading down to the property is steep so is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

A 3 minute walk to the nearest bus route which will have you in the city's CBD in 20 min, or alternatively a $15NZ taxi fare or $10NZ Uber ride.
A 3 min stroll takes you to the urban precinct of West Lynn. Here you can find friendly neighbourhood bars and eateries, a pharmacy, an organic store and several shops and hairdressers.
You can walk to the popular Ponsonby Road in an easy 20 minutes.
Or catch the 105 bus, which will have you there in 5 minutes.
West Lynn hosts its own Farmers Market every Sunday morning.
For foodies Farros Fresh, a gourmet supermarket, is a must, and only a 10 minute walk away, along with a large supermarket.
There's free parking on the street should you have a rental car. Please note that the parking is on a first in first served basis.
