A comfortable and stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a fantastic location, and includes a lap pool, gymnasium, sauna and a hot tub.
The apartment can sleep up to 6 people (queen sofa bed in the lounge as well as a small roll away bed.)
The Wynard Quarter/Viaduct area by the waterfront has many great cafes, restaurants and bars - all just a stone's throw from the apartment.
All the comforts and amenities of home. A complimentary car park can be booked in too!
The space
* Please note - this is a quiet residential complex . It is not appropriate for groups of friends wanting to get together to socialise and there is a strict excess noise policy which is enforced and with fines. For those wanting a quiet spot - it's perfect!
We have a lovely 2 bedroom luxury apartment in the heart of the Auckland Viaduct harbour. A modern, well equipped kitchen or a short stroll to the city's leading restaurants.
Both bedrooms have high quality, comfortable king sized beds, a large wardrobe and an ensuite. The bathroom includes amenities such as a hairdryer, shampoo, bodywash and other little niceties you'd find at home.
The booking includes a secure car park underneath the building - please book this in if required at the time of booking. Extra parking is available across the road at the public car park.
Our house is your house! You are welcome to make use of the kitchen including the basics that are there. Tea, coffee, biscuits and other quality consumables (body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc) are complimentary.
For any extra supplies(or beer and wine!) you may need there is a Countdown Metro supermarket immediately opposite the complex as well as various other eateries and coffee etc!
The living room is equipped with a big screen TV, large comfortable sofa (which converts to a queen bed and a balcony to enjoy the Auckland sunshine; or occasionally four seasons in one day...
We would be delighted to help you get to know our city, to make recommendations on places to see and things to do both near and far, or simply to point you in the direction of our city's wonderful restaurants and bars.
Wynyard Quarter is the heart of luxury harbourside living in Auckland. We have a range of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.
The city, ferries, trains, Britomart and the CBD are all close and Vector Arena is about a 2km walk. Ponsonby shopping and restaurants are about 2km in the other direction.
Public transport is at your doorstep with the area well serviced by the city bus network. The Britomart train station and harbour ferries are about a 1.5km walk (flat and easy!)
Also, please let us know if you require the roll away single bed :)

We do apologise, but the apartment isn't suitable for pets or parties and there is a strict policy around noise (including fines for breaches by the body corporate)

The apartment is yours in its entirety. Full access to gym, pool, spa and sauna. Wynyard Quarter and waterfront about 20 metres from the apartment!
The car park is complimentary, but it does need to be booked in advance. Just send us a message via airbnb to let us know if you need it or not!

The Entire flat hosted by Anna which can host 6 guests having 2 bedrooms, 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have 1 king sized bed and the common area has 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. This flat costs around $145/ night.
