The space

A bright high-end apartment with superior finishing and stunning architectural features that split an open-plan property into designated areas without limiting on space. The communal area features a stylish four-seater dining table, lounge area with a three-seater sofa, a TV, coffee table and floor to ceiling windows. From here you can access the furnished balcony.

The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, bedside tables and premium bedding, a dressing chair, vanity with wall mounted mirror and floor to ceiling windows with seating.

Guests have access to a rejuvenating, full-service spa, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, full-size swimming pools, and an expansive choice of restaurants and shops.

Other things to note

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
