Other things to note

Before booking, please have your government ID verified and a profile picture uploaded to your account so that I can identify you during check-in. For your security If anyone asks, please tell them that you are my friends and are staying with me.

I believe in making maximum impact in life but minimal impact on the environment. Help reduce our carbon footprint by switching off lights and air-conditioners when leaving the apartment. Save precious water by not leaving the taps running unnecessarily.

Please do not put heavy or hard objects into the washing machine to prevent damage.

I can be flexible and easy-going but if the mess left behind is too big to handle, I will have to deduct from your security deposit. So I ask that you treat my home as your own or at least leave it the way you came in.

I understand that accidents do happen. Help me help you by informing me when they do. Chances are that I can fix them as easily, which means a better chance of having your full security deposit returned.

Please do not use things that are labelled “Private”.

I will ask for your companion names, flight details and contact number so that arrangements can be made for a smooth check in. If you feel uncomfortable giving out such details, you are free to not do so. However, I will not be able to check the progress of your arrival. Please be sure to contact me early to allow me ample time to ensure and arrange a smooth check in.
